Hi, I just ordered a NZXT H440 and a MSI z87-G45 Motherboard, Will the motherboard have all the required ports for the front panel audio and usb in the NZXT H440.
Also, i have watched many review on the H440 and there is a fan controller in the cable management area, What exactly is this? Is there a fan controller on the front panel? If so how do i wire up the fan controller and case fans, (Will my motherboard support it)

1) Yes, your motherboard have all the required headers for front panel connections (USB, USB 3.0, audio, power/reset switch, etc.)

Those are clearly marked in the user manual and are located at the bottom of the board.

2) I don't think there's an actual fan controller on this case, just a fan splitter.

Ha! We all have to start somewhere.
Basically, it allows you to connect more fans on a single fan header (connector).
It could be a cable or, in your case, a small PCB (printed circuit board).

Will the cables come pre attached to the splitter? And will it come with the output cable?

Basically, it's like this Motherboard --> Fan Hub --> Fans

The fan hub ( The name for it ) is placed on the metal panel just behind the motehrboard, it's used for if you don't have any connectors to connect the fans to the psu, you just plug the fans into teh fan hub, and it powers all the fans connected at full speed, the fan hub draws its power from the motherboard, how? Coming from the fan hub is a 4pin connector, you just connect itto the psu and it will power all the fans

Ok, If i decide to just plug my fans straight into the motherboard will they still need power from the psu and will i be able to control them? Also if i do it that method will the fans come with the cables for the psu?

No, if you plug your fans into the motherboard they will just draw power from the motherboard, yes, i believe you can, mainly 4 pin fans can but 3 pins also work, depending on your motherboard, no, if you want to connect the pans to the psu you need to buy some yourself
