you can't create an image file of your cellphone. you can only back it up using kies. or just install CWM into your samsung.

If you are using a Android 4.0 or newer then you simply need the Android SDK and run ADB on your PC. Use "adb backup -apk -shared -all -f C:\Users\NAME\backup.ab" to make your backup. No rooting involved or 3rd party software.
