Help with Cases, PSUs and Fans

I'm planning to make a cheap gaming PC based around overclocking the Intel Pentium G3258 Processor. Although, I'm unsure which case and power supply unit to get and whether I'd need to get a fan other than the stock one.

This 270x is a bit cheaper and will perform the same. Pretty much the same for the rest though. Remember that the G3258 gets most of its value from OCing, but don't over do it. Here are some Tom's articles about it:

How far as an estimate do you think I will I be able to overclock before it gets too hot?
