Hey guys Im building my first gaming rig ever and want some help with my wifi okay so I have no clue what Im looking at when searching for wireless networking cards so I was wondering if you guys could post some good ones for gaming in the comments and help me out

I'm not really sure if there is 'gaming' card. If anything it would be a matter of prioritizing which packets take priority over other traffic. That could be a QoS setting. 802.11ac is the fastest standard right now but your WAP would have to support it. Even so, your connection is going to only be as fast as the hops between you and whichever service you are connecting to. If you are concerned about speed internally then cat 6e or 7 Ethernet is your best bet. Otherwise another device on your wifi if going to sap bandwidth.

If you are set in wifi then you need to take several factors which can affect connection quality into consideration - like walls, distance, EMI. Depending on the location of your computer relative to the...

In short, there is, in my opinion, not a simple answer as to what is the best wifi NIC for gaming. I've always been partial to Buffalo and Netgear products.
