Computer Can't Find Files?

Hello. Whenever I try to search for certain files on my computer it cannot find them. But they are there. For example I have Razer game booster, my computer can't find it but whenever I start a game it says "Razer game booster is boosting your game" Another example of this is with TS3. My computer says it's not there but I clicked on a link on a website that will open up TS3 and it did. This started happening after I accidentally downloaded a virus. I got it out but it did delete some of my files. Sadly I have tried to do a system restore but whenever I try it says something along the lines of " An error occurred and windows system restore could not restore you files. Try turning off anti-virus software and try again." Even after turning off anti-virus software it still says that. Please help! If no one can help me with the finding my files solution could someone tell me how I can fix this system restore error?

It says that I need to be an administrator to run the sfc tools. -.- I built this computer and i'm the only account on it. I am the administrator...

No, Thats what the CMD says. It won't let me run those tools because i'm not admin, but I am :p

Just do right click->run as administrator and you should be fine.
