My boyfriend and I were looking to build a computer together since he has never done it. I have built a few but it's been a while. I am mainly looking to use this to play The Sims 4 which is coming out on Sept 2nd. I currently own a Mac, which will not support the game. Here are the parts I am looking at

If you could tell me if these will all be compatible as well as any additional advice/concerns, that would be super helpful. We are working on a budget and we'd be happy to be able to build one between $300-500. I'm sure we could always just buy an already built machine but we wanted to do this as a hobby together too. Any parts that you think could be replaced with what I have listed that works well and is cheaper, is always welcomed.
I already have looked at the Sims 4 minimum system requirements and I have picked these parts to be above the minimum. I want to be able to run the game well and not by the bare minimum. Any help would be extremely appreciated! Thanks!
