I recently built a gaming pc with Windows 8.1 on my hard drive. It was working well until the hard drive failed and I can't get it back. I've got another empty hard drive but I was wondering about the operating system. I had installed and used the product key on the hard drive from before but now it's gone. Could I install Windows 8.1 on the new hard drive and use the product key? Thanks
