Hi, I've been experiencing packet loss and disconnections from my wifi. It is happening a lot now ever since I bought a new router that I was recommended by Linksys support. It happened sometimes with my older router, which is why I bought the new one I was recommended and I thought it wouldn't happen as much or at all. I'm not sure what is causing it, I am on a wireless laptop and it is affecting my other wireless devices as well.
Make/Model Laptop - Samsung Series 3 NP305E5A-A07US Laptop
Make/Model Router - Linksys EA6100
Make/Model Modem - SB5120
Laptop Specs - Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
I'm not sure where to find the make/model #'s for my power supply or Wifi adapter.
My ISP is Comcast, which I was told might be the problem. But I am disconnecting more with my new and improved router than I was with my 2 year old one, so I am concerned that it isn't comcast.
I have 2 laptops, 4 smart phones, and 2 xbox 360's.
