when i turn on my computer,
1. it turns on first
2. but after a second it turns off
3. and after about 4 sec, automatically turns on again and works normally!
i don't know why it happens but two days ago:
i tried to maximum my cpu fan speed, so i gone to bios and changed it, now i restarted bios to default in case of any unknown change, but the problem is still there.
and the system case was open to see the speed visually, but i didn't change any cable or other things (at least on purpose).
and i installed Easy Tune6 too with some other programs such as Intel® Smart Connect Technology.
and used a new keyboard.
this four are all the changes which happend, whats the problem do you think?
