Low 3.3V, graphics failure, random colors

Hi. Something is wrong with my computer. All of the sudden random colors pop on screen and noise plays, then computer restarts. It's more and more frequent. When it happens and computer restarts 3.3 voltage is extremely low at 2.94V. Most recent failure was the worst. I was just watching a video on youtube and nothing else, it happened and I was unable to restart. Instead of starting normally, screen was full of colors. After few tries I booted. Usually after some time has passed voltage is coming back to 3.28V. Currently short after failure it is at 3.07V.

It all started when I was leaving computer running at high load overnight and normal usage at days so it had very little rest. It didn't run all the time, sometimes it had few hours of break. I have underclocked my cpu from 3.4 to 3.2 and vcore from 1.4 to 1.2-something to keep the cpu cooler. It was all before graphics failures started to happen. After little time passed since underclock, failures started. But why would underclocking cpu cause 3.3V to drop? I bet I just overused my computer and something is at bad condition.
Most often these failures happened when I had pc case closed and 2 instances of a particular game running. It was a sure fire method to get the failure. It didn't use to happen with case opened, but today's failure when watching youtube was with case opened so it is really worse and worse.
cpu amd phenom ii x4 965
gpu radeon hd4850
psu aerocool 450W

This is correct. Your PSU is a fire hazard. Increasing instability is a sign of PSU failure. If you value your PC and the contents of your house, replace that piece of junk with a better model from a well known manufacturer such as SeaSonic, Corsair, XFX, Enermax, or Antec. Then, destroy that old Aerocool PSU so that no one else can accidentally use it.

EDIT: FYI the ATX standards allow at most a 5% swing on any voltage rail. Most good PSUs swing less than 2% with top-of-the-line swinging less than 1%, your 3.3 volt rail is swinging up to 11% which is unacceptable.

Too bad I didn't saw aerocool on psu blacklist when I bought it. So probably this recent high usage killed it. But why having case opened decreased risk of failure? Maybe because with case closed fans are drawing more power. But I doubt it would make a big difference. What do you think?
