I recently upgraded to a MSI Z87-G45 gaming motherboard. I experienced some serious ping problems (unstable ping, lag etc) so I checked for any updates for my motherboard's network driver (Killer e2200) and it seemed that I was running the latest version. (1.1.38.1281). I dont know if it happens to be a coincidence (that a problem with my internet provider occured when I upgraded my rig) or there actually is a problem with the driver or whatever. Does anyone know what the source of the problem might be?

Try using an aftermarket network card and see if that fixes the issue.

I checked my ping on a network test from a server of my country and it was all good but when I play at german servers it is super unstable. The problem doenst seem to be either my network provider or my network card because when I tested it (from a server of my country) it was all good. I dont think it is the EA servers. Smt else is wrong with my pc because the problem occured once I updated my whole setup. I am going nuts

I've got an MSI Z97M Gaming motherboard man. It's also got that Killer Network and that's what I'm using. I'm also having the same problems that you're having. When I check my speeds using www.speedtest.net, I get a ping of like 20s-40s, but when I play Counter-Strike Global Offensive, it sky rockets to like 170-290.
