Cheap RAM as good as any?

I have 4x2gb Elipida RAM from the first computer I purchased and I'm thinking of holding onto it for my new build. Seeing as I wont be overclocking the RAM but I do plan on gaming with it is there any real reason to go out and buy nice new RAM?

Exact RAM is Elpida 2GB 2Rx8 PC3-8500U-7-10-B0 if it makes a difference

Sorry I posted an answer in this thread by accident before. Your memory is only running at 1066Mhz which is pretty slow. Most people consider standard to be 1600Mhz now so yes it's worth upgrading.
