Hi! I am moving my parts from a Alienware x51 into a bigger case, and I know the motherboard and power supply won't work in the new case.
I currently have a GTX 670, Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.4Ghz, and 16 GB Ram DDR3 @ 1600 Mhz. So can someone recommend a motherboard and case that could use 2 way SLI in the future. Thanks - Elijah.

What is your budget for the new components? Do you also want the PSU to be able to support 3-way SLI?

Here's my suggestions:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($191.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: SeaSonic X Series 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($157.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $399.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I see you edited your post to say 2-way SLI instead of 3-way SLI. That changes my recommendations considerably.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($132.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $282.97

My bad i got SLI mixed up with Xfire, neither of the motherboards above will do, you would need a Z series.
The GA-Z97X Gaming GT is an great motherboard but you could get something much cheaper like the Asrock Extreme4

I also didn't see you wanted a case as well. The 300R above is a great option. If you have a smaller budget the 200R is a fantastic cheap case.

Or if you have a higher budget the Phanteks Enthoo Pro is awesome.

Again, the PSU Shortstuff_mt suggested is great and you will need to upgrade, but it there are much cheaper options such as the Antec HCG 850w

Really depends what sort of budget you're playing with to recommend the best items in your price range.

Edit: Stortstuff_mt's new post is a lot more reasonably priced

That's a great mobo/case/psu combo. If the DVD drive is just for basic use just get the cheapest one you can find.

Also, another small question. Do you think I would have to get extra fans? I have a heatsink already.

No, the fans in the case would be fine for your system.
