MSI R9 270x Twin Frozr Crashes when game starts.

I am having an issue with my system crashing in most games. Starcraft 2 crashes after loading just as cinematic's start. Bf3 will crash when it attempts to leave the browser and enter the game. This started a couple weeks ago. A few days ago I uninstalled my drivers and installed the latest from AMD. Worked great until i tried to continue campaign today in Starcraft II, now back to the same thing.

System -

Gigabyte GA EP45 UD3P motherboard.
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450
8 Gigs of Gskill DDR2 1066
Corsair HX 750w Power supply
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Catalyst Driver 14.4

It doesn't BSOD. My computer completely shuts down then boots back up. Stock Clocks on everything. It'll do it if i try to run msi kombuster as well. Pretty much anything that needs to render a 3d object.

Changing from full screen doesn't change anything, my power supply is plenty big, and your an idiot.
