I currently dont have enough money to upgrade the processor too, so i think i should just stick with this one for now.. So which MoBo is good with 775 socket and PCI-E3.0 slot, and i don't need it to be overhyped, cheapest one with these specs will do.

ASUS P5G41T-M LX,

Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT

These are the only 2 775 boards that are still in production. Both meet your needs and both run about $60 bucks from several online retailers. Well no 3.0 but that is impossible and totally pointless for a 775 system anyhow.

That would be impossible there isn't a chipset for socket 775 that supports PCI-E 3.0 the best you can get is 1.1 from the P45/G45/Q45 chipsets (the last of the 775 chipsets). This isn't to big of a deal though as PCI-E 3.0 Cards (GPU's etc) can go into PCI-E 1.1 slots although with a slight speed drop.
