Hey, I'm currently looking to upgrade my current gaming build due to issues with locking up/restarting on its own, and just generally out of date, however being on a budget.

current build:
[CPU]: Intel Core 2 duo 6600 @ 2.40GHz with Arctic Freezer 7 PRO Rev 2.0 Heatsink/fan.
[MOTHERBOARD] : Asus P5K-SE mobo.
[RAM]: 4x1gig Kingston 800mhz dual channel
[VIDEO CARD]: Nvidia Geforce 9800+ GTX 512mb
[HARD DRIVE]: WDC WD3200AAKS=00B3A0 320g HDD
[POWER SUPPLY]: acepower 400w PSU
[KEYBOARD]: razer deathstalker
[MOUSE]: razer deathadder 2014
[SPEAKER]: logitech 5.1 surround with sub woofer
[MONITOR]: dual 21' Insignia monitors (max res. 1920x1080 DVI)
[OPERATING SYSTEM]: win 7 ultimate

and I just came across this one for $450CAD which is slightly around my price range (would pref. $400 but can go with the extra $50 if its worth it)

setup im looking into:

CPU: 3.2GHz AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
CPU Cooler: Corsair A50 Heatsink
Mobo: MSI 790FX-GD70
RAM: Corsair 2x2gb 4gb DDR3-1600
PSU: Corsair TX750
GPU: MSI GTX 560 ti Hawk Edition
SSD: OCZ 50gb ssd
HDD: Seagate 5400rpm 500gb
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout

what are you thoughts? Looking to mainly play BF4, League of Legends, WoW, Diablo 3, Hearthstone and possibly some future released titles as well.

LOL, agreed they are, but I believe given my current situation, that the 2nd one could at least be upgraded a bit more if I'm not mistaken? where as my current setup I believe is at its max, and given the price range im stuck with atm ($400CAD pref. $500CAD absolute max) I believe the 2nd one would make for a good upgrade for the time being. correct?

I'm just looking for something to get me back into gaming since I've been dreadfully bored lately and all I really do is work or game (or at least did before my current rig crapped out on me, when doing anything higher than internet surfing :( )
