Which of these 3 motherboards is the best?

Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT
ASUS P5G41T-M LX
Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G (one i currently have)

So I am in doubt of which MoBo to buy and which one would work best with q8300 processor and 4(maybe, just maybe 8)GB of ram and sapphire hd5770(and maybe again powercolor 6870)?
PSU is good, 600W if the info means anything.

surge if u live in a place with alot of power outages the curent when it returns is stronger than normal at first and could result in a fried board , asus prevents that, dual bios means if u tried to update hte gigbyte bios and failed there is always a backup to get it up....id go with asus tho
