Last Christmas, I had received a gaming rig that I had ordered from Cyberpower. The specs are as follows:
Processor: Intel Core i7 4930k OC @ 4.1 GHz and vCore @ 1.320v. (Standard water cooling loop)
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290X (Distributed by PineView I think)
RAM: 32 GB (4x8) XPG @ 1866 MHz.
MoBo: GIGABYTE X79-UP4 (LGA2011)

So the PC was running fantastically for the first month. No performance problems, even able to easily crush Crysis 3 at max settings. It wasn't until a few weeks later that I finally decided to run Intel Burn Test, which resulted in an almost-immediate BlueScreen, which read the error code 0x124. At first, I thought nothing of it, but then I started to recieve the same error while doing things such as video editing, converting footage, and running Prime95. I had called Cyberpower, and they walked me through a few things that I could do to narrow down what the problem was. The first thing that I did was run 4 passes of memtest86, which took roughly 12 hours. After every test, there were no errors detected. I then ran a standard Windows disk check, once again detecting no errors. I checked all my drivers, and all seems to be well, except for the network drivers. I have not yet tried flashing the BIOS, and I have tried adding 0.02v to the vCore, but the error persists in CPU-intensive tasks. I really do not want to have to revert to my stock clock speeds, since I ordered the PC with the 4.1 GHz OC, and I have not tested whether IBT or Prime95 would work with the CPU's stock clock speed.i really do love my PC, and I'd be willing to take any suggestions that can help me. I apologize for making this post so long, and thank you in advance for helping. Thanks!

First step with me is to remove all overclocks and see if the problem persists. Even 1 mhz too much on the baseclock can do all kinds of weird things.

Will do. I'll try it now w/ Prime95.

Thanks! It seems that removing the CPU overclocks allowed Prime95 to run at full blast for a good few hours!
I will gradually increase clock rates from here, and report back to you when I've reached the sweet spot, if further overclocking is even necessary. Thanks again! I've finally pinpointed the problem thanks to you, and thankfully, it wasn't hardware!
