Desktop cannot find any wifi, but my laptop and other devices can.

ever since I got my desktop it have not been able to find wifi, but my laptop is able to find wifi from all around the neighborhood. I run my desktop with a 802.11n card and it has the drivers installed and windows sais it is up to date, so I don't know what to do, and I hope I can fix this problem soon.

Forget to connect the antenna? If your case is metal expect it to block alot of your signal. Plastic cases will still block but not as bad as metal fwiw. I hope your antenna came with a way to remote mount it up higher.

thanks for responing, I figured out that the reason my desktop cannot detect any wireless is because I don't have an antenna connected to it, so i'm going to order one online and see if that solves the problem.
