That's a very old card. If you're asking if that is compatible to your computer, 100% yes it is.

It would help if you listed your motherboard brand and model number.

Your system is compatible with that Graphics Card and will handle it well. However, that is quite an old Graphics Card, as I'm sure you're aware. I hope you have found it cheaply.

You might consider a GeForce GT 640 192-bit DDR3 if you can find it (ebay maybe?). It's a more powerful card and will still run in the PCIe 1.0 slot I think you have (This card prefers a PCIe 2.0 slot). The price difference is minor in the ranges you're talking about.
