How to improve my build? Unsure about GPU

I'd like to stay around $700. Any comments/advice would be appreciated! This will be my first build

Your PSU is very good but for 10$ Less you could get the same performance ( almost ) , I saw that its better to invest in a better CPU rather than a Hybrid HDD which might give you better boot times but the CPU will give you everything regardless. I included a better GPU moreover I think that the 4 extra dollars shouldn't be a problem.

Your build is good however mine is more balanced.

Much better for less money after rebate.

I have had bad experiences with the neo eco line.

After you get the rebates, get a nice aftermarket cpu cooler. =) You are going to need to overclock.
