Had a fan controller for a while but decided to go for a change as that one was a manual fan controller with buttons and an LCD display of the RPMs only, was able to change the speed fans.
Decided to upgrade to a touch screen based one, hooked up 3 fans on it (all the fans are using 3 pins even though I was able to change the speed of the SAME fans on the old fan controller) and they seem to be running at 100% with me not being able to alternate the speed, whatever RPM I put it would stay on the same RPM as if I haven't changed anything. Although setting the RPM to 0 will turn the fan off fully, any idea what the issue is?
