PC is on, but Monitor is black screen

My friend and I just built my pc yesterday , these are all the components in my pc.

GPU

Everything was working fine, I still got my OS, and my pc performances was great.

Today, the pc suddenly having distortion. So I turned off my computer, then off and on again, until the pc finally started working.
After a bit, the screen suddenly turned blue. I decided to do the same. However, the screen remained black.

My OS is window 7 professional btw.

when I turned my pc on. The CPU's fan is working, the GPU's fan is working, the PSU's fan is working, the fan that's in my case is working, and the mobo labeled 29.

My GPU fan is working, to make sure, I tried to push it a bit further. I don't think it's halfway.
