I was just given the below PC and need guidance on what my options are for graphics cards in the $200 and less range.
HP Compaq 2600 Pro Microtower PC
Intel Core i5-2400
12 GB RAM
Integrated Graphics
500GB 7200rpm HDD

I'm going to be hooking the PC up to a 55" LCD TV via HDMI.
I haven't built a PC in years, so there's a few things I'm unsure about:
1) Is the CPU the weak point? What is the most powerful card I can get in my price range before the CPU becomes a bottleneck?
2) Do most video cards now include HDMI output?
3) Will I have to consider a more powerful PSU?
How powerful compared to other rigs could this be with what I'm working with? Will the processor be the most limiting factor?
