Leaving a pc on overnight?

I was wondering if it would be harmfull for my pc if i left it on over night to download games as my internet is pretty slow.My main concern is of the pc getting damged from running so long,even though it would be under a very small load because the only thing that would be running would be steam to do the actual download.Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to answer:)

Nah not a problem at all, I leave my computer on all the time to download stuffs and nothing ever happened. If you are worry about power consumption (like me), I install a little program to schedule and put my computer to sleep once some conditions are met. Eg. CPU usage is less than 3% AND download speed less than 3kb/s AND idle for at least 30mins. This way my computer will automatically go to standby/sleep mode once all the download is complete.
