Don't need the K CPU if your not going to overclock just grab the non K version.
Get 16GB for multimedia or other related work. For HDD get either Seagate or Western Digital
Use micro ATX for expandability. mini ITX isn't suitable for your needs. For the case, check out Corsair 350D, BitFenix Prodigy M,
AeroCool DS Cube, or Cooler Master N200
