Looking for educated opinions on AM3+ board

Just wondering if anybody has released at any point an AM3+ motherboard that's designed specifically for overclocking the FX 8-core chips. Since I'll be using either a tower cooler or liquid, the board, esp the VRM's, won't be getting any direct cooling from the cpu fan. I'll have two intake and two exhaust case fans of good quality, couple cougars and a couple Noctua's, so I'm interested in something that has good integrated heatsinks etc. I'd kind of prefer to stay away from ASRock since the consensus is that their boards are a bit on the thin side and I've read about troubles using heavy tower coolers warping the boards. Obviously, newer tech onboard is better and I'm looking for the 150.00 price range but I could go as high as 200.00. Thanks.

Using that money you can easily get a i5 and nice Z97 board and have the option of upgrading to Broadwell i5/i7.

Thanks, but I already have an 8320 and would prefer to not start from scratch. Plus, I don't know where you think you can get a Z97 board AND an i5 for under 200.00. You can barely get the processor for that price. I only paid 130.00 for my FX.

In that case, I would go for a Gigabyte MB
