Uploading speed for youtube.

Solution
What's the bitrate it will be recording at? You could just record the video first to see how large the file is. If you used a site like speedtest.net to get 5mbps it is megabits which 8 megabits = 1 megabyte so your upload speed is .625 megabytes/s. It will take about 10 minutes per gigabyte of video to upload. Plus most ISPs throttle youtube connection so it could be slower.

I dont have anything to upload atm, I want to get a plan that has those speeds, but I want to know what I would get out of it before I get it. Ive never tried to upload a video that big due to my internet being bad so I really dont know how much a file that long would be in size. I would upload in .wmv file if that help.
