Could I run Watch_Dogs on Ultra?

CPU Cooler: H100I
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport @ 1600 Mhz
Storage: 840 Evo 500GB SSD
GPU: Asus Radeon R9 280x CF @ 1070 Mhz [Latest catalyst drivers installed]
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B 750W
Case: Corsair 350D

not exactly without a problem, because it all depends on resolution. If you play at Max MSAA, ultra and want at least 60fps then it might dip below 60fps. This is all at 1080P, if any higher than your gona either have to accept lower fps or lower the settings.

no, when you're just on foot then maybe, but if you're driving high speed through the city then you might be in a bit of surprise. stutter is still a big problem with this game especially when you're speeding
