Unexpected Shutdowns - Possible power supply issue?

I built my PC about 11 months ago; in the past couple of weeks it has started shutting down while playing games or watching YouTube videos.

I have also noticed that there is a delay when I press the power button and the system starts (LEDs, fans, POST, etc.) Sometimes the power button is completely unresponsive but if I power cycle the PSU it will start to work.

I updated my BIOS about a week ago to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck. All graphic drivers are up to date as well.

I don't think it's a heat issue. CPU, MB, and GPU all idle around 30 degrees and rarely go above 50 under load.

After reading some other posts I am thinking it is the power supply, I'd just like to get some other opinions before buying a new one.

Intel i5 4670K @ 4.2 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Asrock Z87 Extreme4
Gigabyte GTX770 2GB
Corsair CX750M
8 GB RAM (sorry, can't remember the brand?)
Samsung EVO 500GB
Rosewill Challenger-U3 case
Windows 7 Home 64-bit

Let me know if you need any other info.

Thanks for the input!

Could be the PSU it's second to last in terms of quality in the Corsair lineup.

I'm having some similar problems (just posted a thread), and I use the same power supply. Are you able to boot normally at all?

Thanks, I looked up some reviews and saw that others were having the same issue with the power supply. Do you have any recommendations for a more reliable one?

I have been able to get it booted but it seems like it takes the power button a long time to respond. There is usually a noticeable delay after I press the power button, and sometimes I have to turn the power supply off and back on before I can boot the PC.
