Everything looks really good. I suggest you go for the 17-4790k version.. helps you overclock. And get a good PSU

Why the i7 4790? Why not the k? Or the i5 4690k?

If you stick with the non k, you won't need a custom cooler.

Try ASRock Z97 or Asus Z97-A per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z...

The ram is too expensive. Just get 2 x 4gb 1.5v, cl9 1866 ram

NEVER get a case with a power supply. Especially Raidmax. Case might be OK. But not the psu.
Get a good 500+W psu from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su... eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M

You will need a power supply. I would recommend a Seasonic or XFX 650 watt power supply.

I would suggest a minimum of a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for the CPU cooler.

I would try out the integrated audio before buying a sound card. You probably will not need it.

The motherboard is OK, I prefer Asus motherboards.

1.What's the point of getting a 4790 rather than a 4690k/4670k ?
2.What's th point of getting a DDR3-2400 memory? 1866/2133 is enough and deliver the same gaming performance.
3.2TB HDD along with that SSD? That's a wastage of money.
4.Case that includes a PSU and that too from rosewill and you are thinking it pairing with the gtx760??
5.No O.S ?
I will leave 250$ for the monitor and other accessories and do the build:
