Random Computer Shutdowns (Faulty Power Supply?)

So I have had a pc that I built myself for about two months now. It's been running beautifully for that time, but now something is wrong.

The issue started when I was playing a game of Team Fortress 2. I was in the middle of a MvM match when the entire system shut down. No warnings, just completely shuts down. I boot it back up, check cpu and gpu temps, which are both fine, and then try it again, this time in L4D2. I'm fine for some time, but suddenly, the same issue happens. I boot into safe mode, open event viewer and see that there was a critical kernel power error (ID 41).

I updated my gtx driver about a week ago. There was also a windows update a couple of days ago, and I installed League of Legends 3 days ago.

EVGA Gtx 770 (4gb)
Gskill 8Gb RAM (4x2)
Radeon Fx 8350 8 core (Stock Cpu Fan)
Corsair CX750
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Motherboard
NZXT Full Tower Case 001

Whenever I attempt to boot I'm asked to launch startup repair or boot normally. Booting normally results in a shutdown shortly after the windows logo is on the screen.

I'm no longer able to do any of these methods. I can't even boot to safe mode (Any time i boot up the computer I'm only able to launch startup repair or boot normally). Booting normally results in another shutdown.

I see your system has not created any minidump. There is a event log multiple times.

Processor 7 in group 0 exposes the following:

2 idle state(s)
5 performance state(s)
0 throttle state(s)

I am certain its not a RAM problem. Its either Mobo/PSU or the processor.

So do the following steps

1. Reset the BIOS in your MOBO. If you can login, see if there is a BIOS update available.

2. If it doesn't help, remove all add on PCI cards, optical/storage drive and boot the system with only mobo, GPU and CPU and RAM. Keep it in BIOS for some time. See if it crashes. If it does so, one of this four components is faulty.

Do you hae any add on PCI card like sound card?

System won't even boot now. When I press the power button it turns on momentarily and then shuts down immediately. Only about 2 seconds and then it's out again. I heard some sort of noise, not sure how to describe it, coming from the PSU box.
