My computer keeps restarting without warning.

Every few hours or so, my computer will restart without warning. No updates need to be done, I wasn't doing anything major at all. I have Windows 7 Home Premium. 64-bit. I don't get it, can someone help me fix this?

Does it happen while under a heavy load such as gaming? If so, have you checked temperatures?

If not, any number of things could be wrong. Check for malware first.

Post your hardware specs. Post hijackthis logs as well.

Well I'm only able to use 3.19GB of my 2 x 4GB sticks because something is not reading them correctly. and I have a dual core with 3.4 GHz. I'm always playing games like Gmod and League of Legends with some tabs open in Google Chrome and Skype (Usually in a call).
