So I recently bought a new pc, and yes it's a good one so the problem isn't my CPU, GPU or whatever. And my fans are loud even when I start my pc up theres noise. I'm really desperate cause in the beginning my pc was very quiet and it also can't be dust at all cause it's just a week old.

Pls help me :(

which fans are noisy? case fans? if so, buy a better one those that are not that noisy.
if its the gpu, check the review if they are really noisy. if it's abnormally noisy, then you should have it checked

i literally don't know, I don't know anything about computers, but it should be okay cause it's a game pc and my CPU and GPU are beast, my pc just starts making noise from the very start when I start it up. But maybe it has to do something with this:
So a few days ago there wasn't any problem but then it started thundering so I pulled out the big power cable in my room so the lightning couldn't harm my pc and ever since then I have this noise.
It's not abnormal loud it's just loud like when you install games

Hello,

Please list your PC specs; are you using the CPU's stock cooler or an aftermarket one?

I think the easiest way to find out would be to open up the case side-panel, and try to identify where the noise is coming from.
It could be a fan, it could be that your HDD went sideways and started creating noise, it might be a cable or something hitting a spinning fan, or who knows what else.

So, go ahead and open your side-panel, turn on the PC, and listen carefully to check where the noise is coming from.
If you say that the PC was quiet before, I assume that you will only have one source of noise.

^yes, exactly my suggestion, look for the source. open it (it's not branded right?, so no warranty issues for opening the side panel)

just be careful though, dont touch anything inside

HDD is the hard drive. It`s usually in the drive cage, close to the optical drive, and it should have two cables connected to it. One that goes in the motherboard, and the other to the power unit.

Did you open the case with the PC on to check where the noise is coming from?

I didn't open my pc case yet, but i can look in my pc ( it's case tot the left and right in transparent ). And i noticed where the sound is coming from :) .
It came from the fans of my AMD Radeon, and I got my nephew a.k.a pc geek to look at it. And he said that there is actually no problem at all :D .
There are no wires touching the fans itself. You know there are big ables above it if I type it correct sorry for english. And so the fans make air right, and this air just blends into the cabled above the graphics card, so the sound really is just the stupid wires that are above the graphics card :p . so no panic anymore theres nothing wrong with my pc yaaay.

Thx for helping though guys xoxo

You can always use BIOS to turn down the fan speeds a bit, that will keep things quieter during average use

If I understand correctly, and the GPU fans are moving your case cables, which produces the noise, just open the case and tie the down somehow in order to stop this.

Yeah I tied them together and the noise is less then before :)  It's normal that a pc makes noise haha completely quiet would be the discovery of the century :D . It's pretty quiet again it doesn't bother me.
