Which motherboard would you recommend?

I’m going for a build with the AMD FX-8320 what mother board would you recommend
• $89 ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0
• $99 ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2
• $109 Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
• $115 ASRock 970 Extreme4
• $119 ASUS M5A97 R2.0
These are the motherboards within my price range, is it worth going for the higher priced motherboards? What brand? And what does the R2 stand for?
P.S. These are Australian price

R2 generally indicates Revision 2, of these I'd go with the Asus, good strong mobo, OCs well, good with DRAM and a nice BIOS.

It depends on your requirements for SATA, PCIe slots etc. The advantage to a higher priced mobo is that you have extra features. I'd recommend the ASRock Extreme 4 over the ASUS because it has more bang for the buck.

Don't care for MSI boards , but it has a 6+2 Power desisn and SLI \ Crossfire ready

Would look good with some Sniper ram.
