So, I'd like to build a budget build of around $500 but without a video card. I currently have a Viper VT-4850 that I'd like to use, with the option of upgrading it later (Looking at the r9 280's but out of budget for the current moment). So if someone could help me build a solid computer around this card with the possibility of replacing it with an r9, that'd be great!
Also, will the VT4850 be able to play current games? I know it's only a 512MB but all I really play are League of Legends and minecraft. Will it handle the two with decent graphics/fps?
Thanks!

Minecraft is a very easy game for most computers to run. But it is very CPU intensive, so I added an easily overclockable CPU in there with a cheap quality mobo with a 4+2 power phase so it's better for OC'ing. Not sure how well that GPU will handle minecraft... But as long as you're getting over 60 fps it shouldn't matter. The PSU could be better quality, but Corsair is still good for budget builds. Also if you decide to upgrade to a R9 280, the CPU shouldn't bottleneck it.
