Hi guys! I would like to spend up to $800 maximum for my build. It'd be great if it could be around the $500-$700 area though, if not then $800 will do.
The games I play / will be playing
Minecraft, CS:GO, L4D2, GTA 5.
I love to record minecraft and possibly CS:GO! I might in the future play high demanding games.. (I am not at the moment)
Anyways, I also edit my videos and render them, what would be great is to have high FPS while recording at the same time as playing minecraft!
So basically what I do is: Record & Play Minecraft, play shooting games whenever bored, and work with Photoshop+ Cinema 4D.
FPS I'm looking for is 120+ for Minecraft because it looks a lot smoother than 60 but that might be just my opinion. I heard that past 60FPS doesn't make a difference, but it'd be great if I could achieve 120FPS.
If anyone can help me get the best possible PC to reach my needs, I'd be extremely thankful!

Here's a tweaked build with a CPU and motherboard that don't support overclocking. Most of the extra budget was put toward the GPU. I also included an OS in this build.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-HD3 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($82.99 @ Newegg)

Here's a build without an OS, monitor, keyboard, or mouse. If those are supposed to be included in the budget then the build will need to be changed significantly.

Oh sorry, I am new to this website.
I already have a keyboard, monitor, and mouse. I live in United States.
I will not be overclocking.
My monitor is 1920x1080.

I heard that the i5- 4690k (or anything with a k after it) is used for overclocking.
I won't overclock at all but if that is true, I think it changes the setup a bit?
