As the thread title, I just want to buy another Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X. I just want to make sure that my PSU will works fine with that. Hope the community can help. Thanks!

PC Specs:-
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8-Core Processor 3.5GHz AM3+
MB: Gigabyte 970A-DS3 AM3+
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 Dual-X 3GB OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 1600MHz 8GB (4x4GB)
PSU: Seasonic M12II Bronze 750W (80 Plus Bronze)
HDD: Samsung 750GB

Solution
It should be fine, but an 850W would give you plenty of overclocking headroom and wouldn't push the PSU to it's limits.
I recommend a EVGA Supernova G2 850W, if you can afford it.
Good luck!

With my PSU will it works fine without overclocking or anything. I think I dont wanna touch anything about the graphics. Just use the factory default. What do you think?
