Solution
Newegg specs for your GPU claim a 450w PSU is required... your system is almost certainly drawing too much power for that cx430 to handle. Especially if these issues began right after you installed that GTX 660

Also , sometimes the computer beeps and boots but there is no signal on the screen , initially when I installed the card , driver always crashed randomly anytime even 5 rimes on 5 mins , don't know about the problems yet, also tried changing , PCI to PCI express in bios primary graphics

Your power supply probably can't cope, its not a very good model really you need a decent 500w for that system like a Seasonic or XFX model. If money is really tight then an EVGA 600B would do. Is your Phenom overclocked?

Have you properly removed your old graphics drivers with a tool like this http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and then rebooted and installed the latest from Nvidias website?

But it runs sometimes completely fine and the output wattage of this PSU is about 340 watt , and my PC at peak takes less than 300 watt , and no overclocking , tried once PC gets blue screen with errors or freezes itself , previous gfx was 110 watt , this one is only 140 . An increment of only 30 watt won't put a great PSU down

Yes I have completely removed the drives with driver sweeper and did a clean drivers install , tried all versions of the stable nvidia drivers . managed to get the pc running somehow after 2 hrs for installation of drivers

Yea pretty much, unless you still have your old GPU and you can switch back to it until you've got the money for a new PSU. The lowest I would spend is around $60, possibly on something like:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

Here is a power supply "tier" list:

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

You don't really want to buy anything below 3rd tier on that list

Thanks for the answer guys , I'm going to change my Gtx 660 to Gtx 650 or 750 Ti , not because of the PSU but because that there's bad compatibility bw mobo and Gfx , I still think PSU is not the issue , cause I played games on this card at ultra graphics initially when i bought this card and I don't know what's causing the problem now
