I too would go w/ the Asus CU, I picked up a 280XCU when they were first released and it's a great card, runs very cool and OCs well..

XFX has good GPUs, though I still lean towards Asus

here you go

ah, that is quite a good card, if you have the money go for that, mainly because the base core clock is very high and their fans are quite good also for keeping the heat down

There can often be 'problems' though you need to look at the user reviews with a jaded mindset, often they don't know what they are doing, many get high end GPUs and have an underpowered PSU, right now the drivers for the AMD cards aren't real good and have problems etc....I just picked up a 290X Matrix (Asus) and the current 'certified' driver (14.4 has problems with multiple monitors and in some cases AHCI, as do the 14.6 and 14.7 betas, I've had to fall back to the 13.251 (?) (think that's the one I have at the moment)

but I have changed my mind instead of getting AMD I will be going for Nvidia GTX 770 SLI

The reference coolers tend to run very hot

I'd pass on the reference cooler, the CU design from Asus is well proven, been using them for awhile now, still have a 7870 in my SB
