Solution
Basically you have put a new board in.
If you are getting an error code of 0xc0000005
It means it cannot find a device on an interface.

I suspect that you get to the point where windows asks you where you want to install windows.
In the box it should at least show you the drive or Drive C: to the left and the capacity or free space.

If it does not.
It means two things.
If you look on the page near the bottom left in blue writing it says add, install driver.
You must use your cd that came with mobo, pop it in to the CD/DVD drive and navigate to the Sata drivers.
After the driver is installed the where do you want to install windows to box will refresh and a hard drive will show in the box.

Or simply before beginning to install...

Or simply before beginning to install windows go in to the bios and select ACHI mode other than SATA.
Make sure any of the drive interfaces are not set up as raid also.
Save and exit the bios, and begin to install windows.
Making sure before you click next that you use the extended drive options in blue on the lower right to format the drive if new from factory.
Once done click next to begin.
