I agree with Kelly particularly because of the age of your old processor. Over time, power supplies become less efficient, ripple and other technical stuff that takes too much time to explain. If you have a Core2 CPU, you would definitely want a newer PSU.

There is no such thing as a 760ti, but yeah the 760 is a great card.

As mentioned earlier I too would advise on a PSU upgrade. Try to purchase any SeaSonic, XFX, Antec, Corsair or EVGA PSUs. For the GTX 760, try to get at least a 500W PSU and you should be fine.

The Nvidia GTX 760 is the best card by far, out of what you have listed.
I use one myself and play a LOT of CS:GO.
