need help with specs!

Hi built my first pc quite some time ago, and i would like to upgrade it.
here are my specs: Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H
Intel i5-4430
Leadtek GTX650 (2G)
CoolerMaster Extreme2 625
WD 1TB Blue

Sharkoon t28
I live in Singapore so all the electronics are very expensive, i.e a gtx760 will be about 350+usd.
what should i upgrade first and what should i upgrade to?

hey thanks for the prompt reply, i think of getting an ssd and gpu but which one exactly? should i buy a nvidia one and use the 650 for phX or buy a amd one and then try to sell the 650? thanks!

No worries. I believe getting a Samsung EVO (non PRO) will be an excellent SSD. As you would be gaming, I highly recommend a 700 Series, maybe a cheap 750 or 750Ti. It should be a great price in Singapore. If it's too expensive, then maybe head to Malaysia.
