if there is any other motherboards better than these i listed in the $100-$150 range link me to it
im a little lost with choosing a motherboard because im not sure about the phases and caps and
some people say the phases are just doubled so any help here is appreciated

cant really decide on gpu either people have recommended the gtx 770, gtx 780, radeon 290, and radeon 290x...i know the amdcards do not have physx but can be installed on cpu so is there a big difference between it being on gpu vs cpu? what gpu would you guys recommend?

how is the rest of my build? anything you would change?

thanks

Then a gtx 780 will be the one for you, i can max out any games at 1080p atm and is cheaper than the 780 ti, you would only get the 780 ti if you wanted 3 screens all gaming at the same time and above 1080p and 60hz, if you have 2 monitors, both 1080p and 60hz, a 780 will be better for you, asus do some good ones, but so does msi,
I'd recommend you go for the msi gaming 5, mainly because it has more ssd support if I remember correctly, but if you are more on the asus side, then the Asus -A will just be as good, its performance is on par with the msi gaming 5, have you tried the asus k? to determine a good suitable gpu, what monitor res. do you have? how many montiors? and do you plan on adding more in the future?

There are some that may be in your price range, like the asus maximus VII ranger, or the gigabyte g1 z97 sniper, but apart from those 2, not really
