Then you should check your router, and see if you have limited the IP pool.

If Dhcp is set to only allow a limit of 50 computers connected to it and you are asking for an IP above it cannot connect. or give out via Dhcp.

The other thing is if you have static IP ranges pre set and you add another computer you have to also increase the static ip pool.

And when using static you have to ensure no other machine is using the last IP number in the first place.

You cannot have two static ip addresses of the last same value if a machine is already tied to it in the router.
