any idea why windows 8 internet speed become so slow?

hi guys, do you got any idea why my 10mbps internet speed on other laptops, became only 1mbps on my new laptop running windows 8.1? with very high ping while playing games (only affects download)

done scanning with malwarebytes and only got 1, still not working and got 1mbps download speed.

anymore suggestion mate?

okay using the cable increased my speed into around 7mbps, but still couldn't catch up like other laptops to 10mbps, and what i am wondering is is there anything wrong with my wifi ? because other laptops that use wifi at my home also got 10mbps and also doesn't have any problem with it. (all of them are windows 7 though). is this problem persist from the windows?

UPDATE: anyway my driver and my wireless drive is intel dual band wireless AC 3160
