Advice about low budget PC configuration

Should i buy this components ? The system will be used for gaming and video editing. This configuration is about 900$ and this is the highest i can afford. Should i change something ? This is server CPU and i dont know... I have another option but with I5 cpu:

8 thread is not needed. As quad core will do the job for gaming and photo/video editing. I could change my setup if you really wanted 8 threads.

Thanks mate. Although he is not overclocking, I still prefer a CPU cooler to keep the CPU cool. It is worth the extra money for a good and cheap one.
