asus gtx 770 2gb gddr5
Corsair - Dual Channel-1600-( 2x4GB )
Corsair CM Modular Series CS750M
LG 21.5 inch (1920*1020 resolution)
Westen Digital 3tb green

right now i don't wanna buy SSD but I will soon

Solution
If you get the i5 4670k then the otherboard will be fine, but if you get the i5 4690k, you will need a z97 motehrboard, you can still use a z87 board with it, but you need a BIOS update which can be very tricky for someone who is building their first pc

Buy your SSD with the system. It is much better to install the OS on the SSD now than to try to migrate later. If you don't plan on installing your OS on the SSD, you are wasting your time and money.

Before I give my opinion, is it just for gaming? nothing else?

You don't need a 'Z' MoBo if you don't wish to overclock much, which can be seen by your processor.
If you don't have a 'K' after your processor number, you don't a need a 'Z' MoBo, a 'H' MoBo will suffice.

And you might want to see Intel Core i5-4690K which is as good as the i7 you mentioned and about $60-70 less and also better built for OCing.

Getting a SSD is highly recommended so I hope you buy it asap. The card is good as is the processor but I suggest you switch to Intel Core i5-4690K, then you may not change your MoBo and utilize the extra money in buying a good 120 GB SSD.

yep
gaming- web browsing- watching movie

okay, firstly you don't need a i7 for gaming, what I would do is get a i5 4690k, which is good enough for gaming, and get a z97 motehrboard, because you only need a i7 if you render vids or 3d modelling etc, with the money you saved by going down to a i5, you can get a gtx 780, as gaming performance matters more on the graphics card than your processor so it's better to get a good gpu

how about intel core i7 4770k
is it not possible to use this mother board with 4790 or it's waste of money
i wanna go with this CPU cause i'm afraid of overclocking....i'm afraid that i hurt my components or whatever

youre right
but where i'm from i can install the OS anytime i want
i will absolutely buy the SSD till christmas

Its a good one too but the only thing in i7 is more Cache. You wouldn't want to spend $80-90 more on 2MB of cache?
Well even if you don't wish to OC, that i5 is a better CPU whatsoever for gaming. Just by having an i7 doesn't mean it can do wonders, and for your system that i5 is a perfect one. Why to spend more for the same performance?

The i7 can work on that MoBo but yeah its a waste of resources rather than money. You may not want to OC but you must pair any 'K' CPU with a 'Z' MoBo, Z97 preferable. And any non-K CPU with a H97 MoBo.

And that i5 and the i7 4770K are both designed to OC. Ocing your CPU or not is entirely your choice.

according to the prices in my country, if i pick core i5 4670k and z87-a and a 2tb hdd I can get the gtx 780
and i compared these two cards in game debate and the 780 is only 16 % better
do you really think i should get it??is it worth it??

Oh yes it is, no doubt about it, a very good gaming rig that would be.
Update: You can't get a 4690K i5 in your budget?

Yes, 16% is a big difference in gaming, that could be the difference between high settings and ultra, and the 780 will last you longer and can max any game on 1080p at 60-70fps
