I am having issues with the USB 3.0 ports on my ASRock FM2A78M-HD+. When I enter the BIOS the ports work fine, but when Windows boots up, the ports die. I am assuming it is a driver issue and have come across other threads regarding it occurring on laptops, but not my specific motherboard. I have also not found a concise solution to the problem. ASRock also does not appear to have a specific USB 3.0 driver download on their support page for my motherboard.
