Would my custom build be good for new games?

I would like to play newer games like bf4, crysis 3, thief 4... on it. Would it be possible to play them at ultra(monitors native res 1400x900, no AA)?

This has a better processor and graphics card. I did not add the Windows yet though.

Really? I mean, i have dualcore e5300, 2gb ddr2 RAM, and Sapphire 5770, and i can play crysis 3 like on medium with about 40fps, except for that level at the beginning with a lot of grass, i get 10fps there on low. But still, on final mission i had 30fps on all ultra, no AA, 720p

Oh, I just put 60fps as the standard, I meant that you won't be able to hit 60fps on ultra , but maybe on medium/high
